What is CareLink?
CareLink is a membership program for Bexar County residents who do not have health insurance and are not eligible for other programs such as Medicare, Medicaid or the Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
CareLink offers families a monthly payment plan that is based on their income and family size. The income can not exceed 300% Federal Poverty Level (FPL) to qualify. It also assists families in accessing quality health care at University Health System.
